Frequently Asked Questions

What is your delivery policy?

Our fleet of trucks are on the road 5 days a week supplying and distributing our products in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.  At this time we only deliver to commercial addresses (not residential).

We also have minimum order quantities for delivery so please contact us for more information.

Are there any safety issues regarding handling and storing dry ice?

Yes there are a few things to bear in mind when dealing with dry ice.  The temperature of dry ice is -79 degrees Celsius, cold enough to freeze skin cells and cause an injury similar to a burn.  Dry Ice is solid carbon dioxide so make sure there is adequate ventilation as when the dry ice sublimates it will displace oxygen in the air.

Please view and download our dry ice general safety PDFs below for more information.
